Que croyez-vous vraiment de vous-m\u00eame ?

Nos croyances fa\u00e7onnent notre identit\u00e9, nos attentes et nos choix.

Les sch\u00e9mas qui structurent nos vies se r\u00e9p\u00e8tent souvent si discr\u00e8tement qu’ils finissent par nous sembler des v\u00e9rit\u00e9s.

Mais la prise de conscience nous offre un espace pour faire une pause, \u00e9couter, prier, questionner et choisir \u00e0 nouveau.

Vous n’avez pas besoin de transformer toute votre vie en une semaine.

La Sagesse Divine se manifeste souvent dans le prochain choix sinc\u00e8re :
la conversation que nous avons enfin,
la limite que nous respectons,
la pens\u00e9e que nous remettons en question,
la pri\u00e8re que nous murmurons, ou
le pas que nous faisons m\u00eame avant de nous sentir pleinement pr\u00eats.

Tout au long de votre pratique cette semaine, soyez curieux plut\u00f4t que critique.

Observez ce qui \u00e9merge.

Demandez-vous ce que cela peut vous apprendre sur vos
besoins,
croyances,
relations,
foi, ou
la personne que vous devenez.

N’oubliez pas\u00a0: grandir, ce n’est pas devenir parfait.

Il s’agit de devenir plus conscient, plus align\u00e9 avec soi-m\u00eame et plus dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 vivre selon la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que selon de vieilles histoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
